About Joshua K. McMillion

I help leaders discover their purpose, create a long-term growth plan, and take inspired action. I believe everything rises and falls on leadership. Regardless of where you are in life, one fact is true. You are a leader of others, your family, and most importantly yourself. To lead others well starts with yourself.

Who I Am: I am a father, servant leader, and combat veteran with over 16 years of leadership experience still serving in the Army. I am a recipient of the 2008 George C. Marshall Leadership Award and the 2018 General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award. I am a certified Army Leadership and International Coaching Federation (ICF) leadership coach. My passion is to help leaders avoid drifting throughout life and find fulfillment. I have led and helped thousands of men and women take inspired action. Let me guide you in unlocking your leadership potential and becoming a transformational leader.

Mission: My mission is to eliminate toxic leadership by empowering leaders with transformational skills and helping them achieve personal fulfillment.

Vision: I have seen the true cost of toxic leadership in the military and civilian workforce. I refuse to allow poor leadership practices to shape future leaders. I will impact 1 million lives in the next ten years by equipping leaders in the military and civilian realm with transformational leadership skills. Those leaders will multiply value into their workforce and families, ultimately creating more Purposeful Accountable Leaders (PALs).
