Episode 03: Defining A Purposeful Accountable Leader Pt. 1 with Joshua K. McMillion

In Episode 3, I will clearly define the term PAL. Defining a PAL will be broken into separate episodes, given the size. The first episode will cover the first 11 examples of a PAL.

Preview: PALs are leaders who are intentional and act with purpose. You have to be offensive-minded, not defensive-minded, to be a PAL. A leader will fail, which is okay, but you must be ready to pick yourself up and move forward.

Purposeful Accountable Leaders chose hard rights over easy wrongs.
